Once in Soufriere, many guests choose to snorkel or swim in the marine reserve and spend some beach time at Sugar Beach and Anse Chastanet. A third snorkel site is also available at Anse Cochon, which can be included in the tour. As the tour is private, the time spent at one or all three of these snorkel sites is flexible, depending on the guests’ interests. Snorkel gear is provided. For those who want to explore the beauty of Soufriere, our optional shore excursion offers a variety of exciting activities. From the Drive-In Volcano and Sulphur Springs (mud baths) to the majestic Piton Waterfall, the Botanical Gardens, the Tet Paul hiking trail, Jerusalem and Toraille waterfalls, and the challenging Gros Piton hike, there is something for everyone. Our taxi will pick you up from the dock, and our guide will accompany you throughout the tour. The taxi charges $40 USD for 1-4 persons and $10 USD per additional person, payable directly to the driver. Additionally, there are some small local entrance fees (Sulphur Springs/mud baths $10 USD per person and the Piton Waterfall $3 USD per person).

We provide a well-stocked cooler with beer, rum punch, water, and soft drinks throughout the tour. Lunch is not included, but we can arrange for some delicious, local, and inexpensive food to be delivered to the boat for you to enjoy onboard. On the way back up the coast, we can make a stop in Marigot Bay, described as “the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean,” before returning to the cruise ship terminal or Rodney Bay. If you have children under 12 years old in your party, please let us know, as we can provide a reduced rate for them.
